Dimocarpus longan.
Family Sapindaceae.
Small spherical or oval drupes (2-4 cm diameter) of yellow-orange thin skin. The pulp, white and translucent, is edible and has a globular seed not adhered to the pulp. It tastes sweet.
In the refrigerator retain their quality for 5 to 7 days. It also can be frozen in their shells up to a year.
