Lime and kumquat hybrid (Citrus × Fortunella).
Family Rutaceae.
This is a mini-lemon thin skin entirely edible green light turns yellow when ripe. The skin is sweet and bitter sweet pulp. Deliciously scented.
It is eaten whole as their skin is also edible. It is used as a replacement for Lemon fish, fruit salads and drinks. Covered in chocolate is a treat.
