Also known as “orange dwarf” citrus is smaller (2-3 cm in diameter) and the only one whose skin is edible. Its shape is oval and the skin is bright orange. The pulp is divided into 4-5 segments with 2-3 seeds. The pulp has a slightly bitter taste while the skin is sweet tangy.
After washing the skin can be eaten fresh whole fruit because their skin is edible. It is also used in salads as well as salads and pickles or as garnish. Puden also made jams, syrups or alcohol.
