Sprouts from a type of white radish Asian giant. These resemble radish sprouts, juicier and less fibrous, with a sweet taste to end spicy.
It is often used in Asian cooking. Crude is in salads, sushi and as garnish. Sweeter cooked, eaten in soups, as a seasoning or garnish. Sprouted seeds have a spicy flavor similar to watercress.
